Hirely is an AI-powered CV and cover letter service operated from Sweden, available worldwide at hirelycv.com. The data controller is Hirely. You can reach us at support@hirelycv.com.

Account data: your email address, and a password or Google sign-in connection if you use one.

Document data: the notes, job ads and other text you enter to generate a CV or cover letter, and the generated document itself.

Payment data: if you pay, our payment provider Stripe processes your card details. We never see or store your card number. We receive only a payment confirmation and your customer reference.

Usage data: basic technical information needed to run the service, such as which document you generated and when.

Your data is used to create your documents, manage your account and credits, process payments, and keep the service secure. Your notes and documents are not sold, rented, or used for advertising.

To write your document, your text is sent to our AI provider for processing and is not used to train their models under our agreement. Documents are generated for you only.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (creating your documents and handling payments), based on your consent where you provide optional information, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

Account and document data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time, and we will do so without undue delay, except where we are legally required to keep payment records (accounting law).

Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any right, contact us at support@hirelycv.com. If you are in the EU/EEA you may also complain to your national data protection authority (in Sweden: IMY).

We use only the storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to run checkout. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: our payment provider (Stripe) and our hosting and AI infrastructure providers, all under data processing agreements. A current list is available on request.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
