Terms of service

Hirely generates CVs and cover letters from the text you provide, using artificial intelligence. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for reviewing the result before using it.

Hirely does not guarantee interviews or employment. The AI is instructed not to invent facts, but you should always check that your document is truthful and correct.

You need an account to generate documents. Keep your login details safe. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Your first document is free. After that, the available options are shown on the site — currently a monthly subscription and a one-time pack of 50 documents, plus optional extra career services. Prices are in euros and shown including applicable taxes at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing you also accept Stripe's terms. On your bank statement the charge appears as "LINK.COM* Hirely".

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the pricing section ("Manage plan"); your access continues until the end of the paid period.

As a consumer in the EU/EEA you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. However, by starting to use a paid document you expressly ask us to begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the document has been delivered. If something went wrong — for example a failed generation — contact us at support@hirelycv.com and we will make it right.

You agree not to use Hirely to create false or misleading documents, to impersonate another person, to violate any law, or to abuse the service (for example automated bulk use or attempts to bypass limits). We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep all rights to the text you enter. The generated documents are yours to use. You grant us the limited licence needed to process your content and deliver the service.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hirely's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
